Who we are
This website is operated by Garden State Fireworks, Inc., PO Box 403, Millington, NJ 07946. This policy explains what information the website collects and how we use it.
Information we collect
We collect information only when you send it to us through our show planning form. That can include your name, email address, phone number, organization, event type, event date, city, state, venue, budget range, preferred way to be contacted, your answers to our planning questions, and any message you write.
To understand which pages bring people to the form, the form also records the first page you visited on our site, the page you were on when you started the form, and the website that referred you, including any campaign tags in the address.
To limit spam, the server keeps a one-way scrambled form of your network address (a hash, not the address itself) for a short time so it can count how often the form is submitted. If the form’s bot check is switched on, the check provider (Cloudflare Turnstile) receives your browser details to confirm that you are a person.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your request, plan and quote your event, and follow up about it. We use the page and referrer details only to understand which parts of our website are useful. We do not sell your information.
Email and service providers
When you submit the form, your request is saved on our server and an email notification is sent to our team through our email service provider. Our web hosting provider stores the website and the saved requests. These providers handle the information only to run the service for us.
Cookies and browser storage
The website does not use advertising cookies. It uses your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, to remember the state of our calls to action and the attribution details described above. If you watch a video, the video provider may set its own cookies once you play it.
How long we keep it
We keep planning requests until the business deletes them. The network address hash used for spam control is kept only briefly.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time by contacting us using the details below. You can also clear your browser’s session storage or close the tab at any time.
Children’s privacy
This website is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
